95 Es300 Radio Replacement

Does anyone know if the radio from a 1996 ES is compatible with the one unit in a 95. The stereo in my car (1995 ES300) recently died, and I found a really cheap replacement locally, but it is out of a 1996 ES300. Will this replacement work?

The attached image seems to show that the two radios are the same if they both have the CD function.
