Timing Belt Replacement

I am replacing the timing belt and water pump on a 98 LS400. I am confused on how to position the timing belt as there were no marks on the previous belt. What position should the camshaft be when the crankshaft is at TDC? I also cannot move the right camshaft rotating it clockwise to install the belt. I am stuck. Any help will be very appreciated.
