Chech Engine Light Help!

Hi, I have code PO356, "Ignition Coil F, Primary/secondary circuit malfunction". What does this mean and is it harmful to drive. 2007 RX350.

When the check engine light comes on, one or more diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) are stored in the engine control module.

try get a code scanner to clear the fault codes.
