Is 250 Instrument Cluster

Here's a SWAQ from left-field: (Silly Wild-!Removed! Question)

Does anyone know where I can get either a schematic for the circuit board for the IS250 instrument panel, or at least a wiring diagram that labels all of the wires in the wiring harness that connect to the back of the instrument pannel?

My Odometer stopped working. Dealer said it would require the whole instrument cluster replacement - $1390...

I am wondering i anyone has ever fixed this on their own or replaced this themselves before (individual parts or entire instrument cluster).

I don't think that is something just anyone can do, I would try to find a used cluster.
