Rx330 Nav Screen Replacement...

Pry up the wooden plate surrounding the shifter panel with a flathead screwdriver (it's held in place with clips). Then pull out the wood panel with the cig lighter and heated seats etc (also just held in with clips). Then you can remove the 10mm bolts that hold the radio in place. Then remove the radio by pulling it out (it's also held in place with clips). Then remove more 10mm bolts that hold the nav unit in place, then pull (also held in place with clips).
