Where Is The Fuse For My Powerlocks?

Ok, so I have a 92' ES300. I was getting a boost and my friend crossed the wires. Now my powerlocks, antenna, interior lights are not working. I checked the fuse panel and there is no fuse. Where would I find this? It is driving me nutz !! lol

You probably blew a fusible link instead of a regular fuse. Don't really know where they are in an old ES but probably in the engine compartment and perhaps near the underhood fuse box.
