Lighting Problems

Hi all,

I just bought a 03 sc430 black.

the problem is that the car is in Iraq and it is a U.S spec therefore side light or dimmed light is always on the moment i put on the ignition or start the car and i tried to look into the screen to adjust the lighting on the headlamp and no success please help the problem is i cannot take out the bulb because that bulb is same bulb for the full beam.

Please help guys :(
