Upgrading The Premium Sound To Ml System

Hello fellow lexuers,

I have a 04 ls430 base model with premium sound system and thing about to upgrade to Mark Levison system. I already got the audio head which set below the front central vent panel. Do I aslo need a seperate AMP and ML speakers in order to make the sound system work?
