Binto
Greetings. I purchased a pair of brand new 2005 RX 330 seats still in factory plastic from Nix99 in Lynnwood, WA. They were apparently recovered from a total loss vehicle that was not properly tied-down on a train when being delivered. I'm using the driver's seat in the cockpit of a flight simulator. I'd like to track down a wiring manual for the seats and request advice on how to hookup the seat for electrical and lumbar adjustment. I have little electrical background and don't want to accidentally cause an airbag to pop or the rails to freeze. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks. 1990LS400
If you want electrical diagrams, you could do a short term subscription to https://techinfo.toyota.com/ and download them. There are separate electronic control units (ECM) for the seats that are not in the actual seats -- they are behind the dashboard. I assume the ECM's are for the memory feature of the seats but they might play a part in getting them to just move fore/aft, up/down, etc.
