Can You Aim Fog Lights?

i have a 2000 Ls400

i finally got a hid kit on them and i realized now how bad the drivers side fog light is ridiculously aimed high and doesnt even hit the road.

i see there is a big round thing with a screw on it.

is that the screw i use to aim them?

i just want to make sure before i mess something up

Yeah, the fog lamps have leveling adjuster bolts. Try turning it in different directions and see if it moves.
