Na Hp With Just Bolt-ons

Anyone know how much power(if any, ha ha ) can be made with just simple bolt on parts (ie. intake, exhaust,lightweight pulleys etc.) on a 5speed sc300. If I could pick up 40whp i'd be content. Anyone got the winning formula?? (starting to re think the whole turbo thing). If i did turbo I'm only looking for around 300whp(before you flame me I realize thats nothing for a turbo kit, like 6lbs) Going turbo does pose a serious inve$tment.(has anyone noticed the economy we are in?) I wouldn't care for anything over 300whp(not likely if i go NA) and it just seems like a lot of cash(even with me doing the labor) for my modest wants. :)
