E Brake Light, And Grinding Noise "92 Sc 300"

very weird but for some reason, the e brake light show up out of no where. i will punch it and go fast then slow down and it lights up, does this car have a auto brake system ? one other thing, im sure i know what it is but, everytime i go over a bumper, there is a grinding noise, im sure that it needs a shocks and other *BLEEP* all know but i just wanted to hear other possible things
