Instrument Panel Went Out

I accidently crossed a wire hooking up a dvd player and now my instrument panel is out. I heard a click and thought a fuse went out, but I've checked all the fuses and they are good. There aren't any dash lights, and the gauges don't work. When I put it in reverse, the R lights up, but that is the only one that lights up. All other lights work in the vehicle. Nav works as well as radio and climate control. Any thoughts?
