Now I have 2000 ES300. came with only one key which has remote built in.

i am looking for second one for back up. How to find?

code on key shows FCC ID: HYQ1512V

That's a ridiculous price......go here and offer $59.99 for a new uncut FOB. Then get it cut by a locksmith on the cheap. This seller accepted my offer so I could get an extra FOB for my 2001:

I also got a FOB (ID:HYQ1512V) from another e-Bayer for my 2001 ES300, but could not get the right programming instructions. Did you program your FOB yourself? If so, I would appreciate it if you would share your experience. Thanks in advance.
