OEM Part#: 48630-59015 94 and later , check your mfg date:1994 V8 Front Left Upper From 11/94 w/ Ball Joint

before 11/94, they are different

LEXUS LS400 1990 - 1994 UPPER CONTROL ARM RH (PASSENGER) part# 48610-50020

LEXUS LS400 1990 - 1994 LEFT UPPER CONTROL ARM LH ( PART # ) 48630-50020

open the drivers door, and you will see a white sticker like the one below,

look at the top line, production date is at top right.

on this sticker it is 1/97

check yours out.
