Spreadsheet For Keeping Up With Scheduled Maintenance

I have a used ES300 with 140,000 miles. I would like to have a spreadsheet to keep up the scheduled maintenance. I could use the Owner’s Manual Supplement to make one but I was wondering if someone with more knowledge that I has already made one.
