night2 Posted August 23, 2009 Share Posted August 23, 2009 Ive got a 2001 is300 cd player and radio worked fine up until i changed the battery. I changed the battery and now the cd player doesnt work the radio comes on and works fine just the cd player doesnt work. I called lexus they have never heard of the problem same with go ho audio, tidewater auto electric and every other electrcal shop ive talked to. lexus said there is no reset code and that replaceing the battery should have no effect on the cd player other than the radio station memory. if anyone has any info on what i can do to fix this problem please let me know any info would be appreciated.
