Low Side Air Conditioner Port Location

Trying to recharge my AC on my 01 IS300. I'm not too familiar with cars, but am handy. I cannot seem to find where the port is to recharge the AC on the low side. Any help would be appreciated.

Look below the engine oil dip stick. It way down there. Good luck.
