Body Noises/quirks

Help! I have a 2002 SC430 with over 100,000 miles and I have started hearing a noise that kinda sounds like the top is out of alignment. This sound only occurs when I travel from a flat surface to any position that is higher or lower, for example going over a speed bump or driving up my driveway. This has only started over the last few months. It's as though I need some type of torsion bar to keep the body all together, at least that's what I am thinking. Of course I can have the dealer check it out, I can just imagine what that would cost. Any thoughts?

Is it from the body or top, as you mention both.

If body I would check engine mounts as they have known issues or earlier models.
