Can Tire Pressure Sensors Be Re-programmed?

Hey guys- I found someone on ebay selling a used set of wheels/tires from an rx400h. The sensors built into the wheels have already been programmed to the previous car, can I re-ptogram them into mine?

If your car is like the RX350, inasmuch as they can be detected by your car, they can be repogrammed by using the 'hidden' switch under the steering, as described in the manual.
