Acess To Brake Light Bulbs

Can anyone tell me how to access the bulbs? They appear to be completely covered. I could use step-by-step instructions, or even pictures would be great. The bulbs are failing intermittently, and I assume that replacing the bulbs and cleaning the contacts will resolve the problem.

WOW! Great pictures! Unfortunately, the changed the design for the RX330. They are completely different than the RX300. Thanks for the response, though.
