richie-is200 Posted June 15, 2009 Share Posted June 15, 2009 hello, im new here, my name is richard,im from cork ireland and drive a lexus is200 sport, i have big plans of doing an engine conversion of either the 2jzgte or the 1uzfe, but cant decide which one, maybe you guys can help me, is there anyone on here that has done either of them,can anyone point me in the right direction, im already on loc australia and loc u.k. so im asking around there too, but was told that loc u.s.a has some very useful information,thank you. What kind of power are you looking for and how big is your budget. The wallet, and parts availability will determine the way you should go. Drag racing?, street racing?, autocross?, what... do you want to stay on pump fuel or are we forgetting streetability and going track only? You have to know exactly what you want in order to know exactly what you need to get there. If your only going to give general ideas, then your only going to get general answers.
