Fuse Box Issue (important)

My 2001 IS300 has a fuse missing. It is says HL-P 30A, it's right next to the other two 30A fuses. The CDS fan fuse is broken too. How dangerous is that? The front two fans were turning on. But the engine temperature was normal. I had trouble today finding the fuse. It seems like a specialty fuse. Would Toyota have it? Help

You can get them at any part store (amazing how much a say that) It will cost what? two bucks?
