RavenDavey Posted May 25, 2009 Share Posted May 25, 2009 I have a 2002 GS430 and my exhaust (single) pipe broke in two behind the engine where the two pipes merge into one, and right before the catalytic converter. It looks like it just rusted and broke evenly. My questions are: Has anyone else had this happen and what kind of repair was involved? What kind of expense am I looking at? Is the cost factor high for the repair to consider an upgrade to the entire exhaust system at a similar cost? If anyone can assist with this I would appreciate your help.
