I have 2004 Lexus LX470. The engine runs 56K. At what mile do i have to have the timing belt replaced? What other parts should be replaced together when the timing belt is replaced?

Thanks.

The belt should be good till 90k miles. I just did this on my daughters Sequoia, (same engine) I replaced the timing belt, water pump, and idlers. Took me 5 1/2 hours and the OE parts cost around $240. Dealership would probably charge around $1400..... by the way her belt had 105k miles.
