Buying A Is300

Hi, I have been looking for an IS300 for while, I recently found a 02 IS300 with 28000 mile, selling for $13000. Do you guys think this is a good deal? Would that be many problems with the car due to the age even it have low mileage. May I know what are the common problems I should be careful with while i am buying a IS please. Thanks for your help.

An 02 with 28K miles? Hmmm, I would do a full car inspection. If theres no accidents, and maintenance records, then it's an awsome deal. But I have a feeling theres more to this.
