Warning Avoid This Retailer ,Keylight Technology

I had posted another topic earlier regarding recently purchased mirror covers with LED repeaters from Keylight Technology. After TWO unsuccessful attempts to receive the CORRECT product and massive runarounds from multiple bogus emails from this company, we are still fighting to get a refund which they PROMISED would be issued if these covers did not work for our 08 Lexus ES350 UL. If you try to call the company, they will not answer. If you try to email this company, you will get random cryptic, barely English responses. They will give you a runaround like you've never seen. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! We have been dealing with this for TWO MONTHS and don't expect anything good to come of this. THESE MIRRORS WILL NOT FIT even after they promise they will. Do not waste your money... you will get burnt!

If you used a credit card, contact the cc company and dispute the charges for the reasons you mentioned. They will investigate the matter and reverse the charges and credit the amount back to your credit card. This is the easiest and quickest way to deal with these kinds of scams.
