acrackl
Hello, Not happy with Firestone - I have their lifetime alignment thing, but somehow they don't seem to get it right. I do not want to go back to stealership. This is for a 2004 ES330. Would be happy to hear recommendations from members here. I live in the west side (Katy). Thanks AndyV

acrackl
Visited Southwest alignment services today. A very positive experience - thank you camlex. Did not ask for "Craig". The place was very busy for a Friday, seems to be popular with Mercedes owners. Got my car aligned and I am happy (the Toes were out of the specs - both rear and front). The total charge was reasonable - $60. To complete the whole thing had the wheels/tires balanced and rotated (at Sam's club). Thanks, AndyV
