Oh yeah, I know what you are talking about. I have seen some Lexus LS400s with the part of the dash "bowed" up over the center vents... is that what you are trying to replace? Wow, not sure, but it sounds like no fun, no? I wondered if someone could perhaps place something heavy to try to weight it back down, or even glue it, but it would probably make a mess and not work.
