2008 Gs 350 Bulb Change

I was wondering if anyone could help me change my bulbs in my 2008 lexus gs 350. I wanted to upgrade the bulbs to 8000k but cant seem to find instructions on changing the bulb.

In the manual you will find the bulb type (I think D4S or D2S...). Then pop off the cover behind the headlight and replace the bulb.

i need to change them too, but i cant figure out how to slide the bulb out
