This happened to me a while back when I had to get my battery replaced as well. Called the dealer and he gave me the following instructions: Go to each individual window, roll down and roll up, when you're rolling the window back up do not let go of the switch, keep pulling the switch up and remain holding it up for about 5 seconds after the window is shut.
