2000 Ls Headrest Removal

Using the search I found plenty of good advice on removing the electric headrest on an early LS, but I can't find anything on the gen 2. Any of you guys know how the get this thing off my 2000?

I've never done it but I think you have to run the headrest all the way up via the switch and then pull it up and out. I think it takes a goodly amount of force. Try reclining the seat back and pulling it out while sitting in the back seat -- might give you more leverage.
