I just received my HIR 9005 bulbs for the highs and wow its a whole different approach out there now.. You can actually see when your driving.. Just a little altering and they fit fine.. My worst fear is hammering a deer with my new ride..

Yes, I installed the 9005s and 9006s (high & low) in my 99 RX300 last year, and I thought they made a huge difference. Like you, leaving the car in MI and driving at night, I have always feared hitting a deer...

the toshiba HIR bulbs are indeed very bright! I'm too running them as my high's on my rx300.
