randyls Posted February 21, 2003 Posted February 21, 2003 I am getting my '98 LS400 tune-up for its 100,000 mile interval. I want to know what does the tune-up consist of for $1200. Thanks
UCF3 Posted March 4, 2003 Posted March 4, 2003 If you're going through a dealer, OOPS. From what I've experienced with dealers, they charge the most on Labour. Tune-up consist of: Spark plugs replacement spark wire inspection/replacement. ---These are the two most important Tune-up things.---The rest of them are not necessary, but good to know. Fuel Injection cleaning and some other crap. Check the Warranty and Repair schedule book that came with the owners manual.
