RX300MWD Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 I have noticed some differences between my SC400 and my RX300. 1. The outside mirrors on the RX do not go to the preset position that I had them in when I set the memory setting, my SC400 the seat and outside mirrors go to the preset. 2. On the RX, when I leave the sunroof open, it does not chime when I get out or shut off the ignition, my SC400 does. Is this correct, or has it been programmed not to do these ??? jgr7 Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 The mirrors didn't move till later models, the sun roof I don't believe will chime but I think when you go to lock the car with the remote you will get a long beep to let you know something is open. I thought it was strange that the outside mirrors will remember the positions on my 93 SC400 but my 99 RX300 they won't. ??? A step backwards in time ??? ???
