John B. Posted December 31, 2003 Posted December 31, 2003 Well I feel pretty stupid but I'm having trouble changing a light bulb out (rear/left/top brake light)....At first I thought you could access the bulb fairly easily from within the trunkspace, but it doesn't look that way.... It's a '94 ES300. I've removed all the carpeting around it....and can see 3 goldish bolts back that....so i removed the nuts from each of these and it sorta seems like i might be able to PUSH the whole rear light assembly panel out the back side....but it's not coming out very easy...so I'm not sure how it works or if I'm missing something else. Also, how bout those plastic clip-on bolts that are used all over the car, esp. on the carpeting....like back in the trunk. They're hard as can be to pull out, and once I do I think I've ruined them as the threads are all bad....is there a trick for these? Or is it just that you have to replace them w/ new ones... THANKS!!!!
SKperformance Posted December 31, 2003 Posted December 31, 2003 There are 4 bolts on the light , so you have to undo 4 nuts.
