dpapas Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 I have a RX 330 AWD 2004 . Lately with no warning the passenger's side low beam headlight is not working. The high beam is fine.I took the car to the dealer and the engineer suggested to replace the headlight computer for $1500. We did change the bulb just in case . Any ideas?. PK_3 Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 $1500 for a headlamp problem? 2 dollars worth of wire and you could jump the 2 headlights together, then go to Hawaii. But your not that sort I’m sure. If I were you, before I spent that kind of money I would have an auto electrics shop trace the wires and make sure all the connections were clean and making good contact and of course check the relay(s) light switch, and ignition switch.
