Puzzled By My Lexus..

I had to replace clutch on my Lexus IS300. When i was picking up a car i couldn't start it. Shop owner brought in a portable battery, connected to my battery and powered me up. Battery seems fine since then. All electrical functions are ok, except the entire Audio System, receiver and CD Player, are dead. No lights, no movement, pushing on/off button does nothing at all.

What could cause this ?

Have you checked the fuses? Check your owners manual for the location of the radio fuses. In my LS there is a "Radio 1" fuse and a "Radio 2" fuse. Don't know about your IS300 but checking the fuses is the first place to start.
