96 Ls400 Without Cd Changer; Is This A Good Buy?

I saw a 96 ls400 listed at $3300.00 with 210K miles on it. It is just a base ls400 with standard equipt. without a cd changer, but it had a factory phone once as an option. The interior is in rough shape, but the engine still runs smooth witout any leaks. Carfax says it was in an accident at 39K in the rear as minor. It needs a new paint job to get out all the dings and scratches though. Is this a good buy???

IF The interior is in rough shape. Then I would pass on that LS400 because interior work can be very costly. But if it just seats that are bad. Then go ebay and buy some seat covers for $800 bucks. It covers the front and rear seats and arm rests. Or go for a 94' LS400 in good condition.
