A newsletter will be sent out this week to all the members, one of the things that will be in it will be a section asking everybody to update their location, so we can start setting up some local meets - something to eat, drink, and maybe a cruise around is always a good night! I am also considering setting up local Meets forums - so for example if there a few guys from New York - I'll set up a New York forum in the Meets forum - so you guys can hang out and sort things out in there. IslandLex Posted February 17, 2003 Author Share Posted February 17, 2003 Thanks for the warm welcome Matt, I'm a Long Island, New Yorker and as of 2/17/03 buried under 2 feet of snow so my Lex is tucked away in my garage awaitng for the fun that Spring Brings!!! I'm a M.I.S. Manager here in NY and i just recently purchased a 1999 GS-300 Black w/Tan interior Lex and also 17" factory chrome spokes The only mod i've down so far was instal 8000k HID lights since i purchased the car on 2/12/03. Your idea for local club meets sounds great count me in!!! tuddy Posted May 14, 2005 Share Posted May 14, 2005 hey i live in staten island NY and was wondering bout this whole club thing how do i become a member too..is there alot of guys from NYC in here?? but i dont think i would fit in cause my car isnt hooked up like everyones here im just gonna wait til the warranty is up then im gonna put a chip and some other lil things but for now i think i wanna put RX300 rims on it...but this whole club idea sounds really cool im down with it..
