Gs350 2007 Oil Change

I have a 2007 Lexus GS350. I am do for an oil change but don't have time to get it done at the Lexus service center before leaving for a 600 mile trip tomorrow night. Is it safe to just go to a Jiffy Lube or other service center to get it done quickly?

Any help would be appreciated.

I hate those places. I would call around to local Toyota dealers and see if they offer an "express oil change". Several around here do.

In and out in less than 30 minutes. I believe the Avalon has the same engine so they should stock your filter cartridge. Should be cheaper than the Lexus dealership, too.
