Lexus Es300 Will Not Move When Put In Reverse

I have put a question out there for someone to help me! But no one have answer it yet!! There are others that have posted questions after me and theirs are answered. Please help me, I am having problems backing up my 1994 lexus es 300. I hear the gears clicking when I put it in different gears, but when I try to back up, It will not move. All it does is move forward by itself very slowly. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
