I Hear A Swooshing Water Noise And Kind Of A Clicking

i have an '01 IS300 and when i take off i hear a swooshing water noise and a kind of a clicking noise. What could it be?

i experienced a similar water noise and found that i needed coolant. filled up the res and it went away after that.

If you can hear it in the cab, then it is the water in the heater core, circulating. Check the coolant level when cold. There are similar posts in here about it.
