White Line On Nav Screen After Car Accident

I had a car accident where someone hit me in the passenger front of my 2001 Lexus LS430. The fender was gone as was my front bumper. A month later, the body shop gave me my car back and as I was driving it I noticed there is a white line acros the navigation screen that is there at all modes (nav, audio, etc.). Does anyone know what this could be?

I thought it was a pixel issue until I saw one of those flags on the nav system show up in front of the white line so it may not be that. I am open to any and all suggestions. I am trying to also get this done thru insurance because the screen was absolutely fine before.
