045spdIS300
Hi all, When I push on the clutch I get a sqeaking sound. It looks like the cable is covered by rubber boots. IAre there any instruction manuals or easy ways to get some lubrication on that cable. Thanks for any advice.
smooth1
You might just need to lube the clutch lever itself. Get some lithium grease, (Don't use WD40 for this, it won't last long enouph, and will drip down the lever to the foot plate.) or some bearing packing grease, and look under the dash on the floor board, you'll see the pivot assembly for the clutch lever. (The pedal you push down with you foot.) Grease that junction up and work the pedal back and fourth to get good coverage and saturation. You should be good to go. Make sure you wipe away any excess grease so as not to get it on the foot plate. That could be dangerous if your foot slips off the clutch.
