P0161 Ho2s Heater Circuit Malfunction, Bank 2 Sensor 2

plugged in my groovy new code reader expecting an o2 malfunction and got this code : P0161

HO2S Heater Circuit Malfunction, Bank 2 Sensor 2.

Any ideas? I am having a hard time with the downloaded service manual from the forum due to the lack of an index.
