radhead23 Posted December 14, 2003 Share Posted December 14, 2003 i have been reading a lot of complaints about transmission problem in this forum. how can i tell if my 99 rx300 is having a transmission problem? the sound of engine, etc.? the only problem i've notice about my rx300 is that it eats too much gas. i am spending around 25-30 a 5 day week. another problem i've noticed are the radio signals. i am thinking of getting an xm satellite radio which read signals through tinted windows. besides the slow upshifting up the hill, i don't see any other problems. my rx300 has 74000 miles on it. I have been reading too many transmission complaints in this forum and it is making worried about my car transmission. And last, this car works great on snow!
