alphakang Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 Hey, don't think i've seen this topic since i joined. The parking spot i have in my apt building is on a slight incline and also slightly tilted right, if i pull in forward. If i park backwards, which i prefer, it tilts slight towards the driver's side. Well i noticed the other day when i was walking up to my car that there seemed to be a little more space between the tire and top of the wheel well on the passenger side. Just need an opinion of whether its due to the parking spot. A friend suggested alternating pulling in and backing in. Opinion? Should i bring this up to the dealer when i go in for the 1000K checkup? Thx.
smooth1 Posted July 1, 2008 Posted July 1, 2008 Well, from your description, it sounds like the spot your parking in. Do you notice it when it's parked somewhere else? try a flat parking lot like at the store or something. If it is uneven, ( which would be very strange indeed.) It may need more time to settle.
