Lethal_Threat
Has anyone had to change their oil pan gasket and did you have to remove any suspension to get the pan off? First the SC400 does not use oil pan gaskets, just silicone. Next your gonna notice two oil pans, a secondary, and a primary ( secondary built onto the primary ) You should redo both of these! The secondary will come off no prob, but the primary you have to remove a brace, if your a novice mechanic i would suggest having someone experienced looking over your shoulder. The silicone you can get from toyota, just simply oilpan sealant. Apply it generously and then let sit over night before adding oil and starting.
