SOS
Hi Everyone, I need help to clean my IACV since I had it clean by mechanic once about 5 to 6 months ago and idle is sticky again when starting engine whle it hot, he only removed a intake black big rubber hose and spray in chemical clean. He did not take IACV apart. I called dealer and they told me cleaning is only good for few months only and I need to replace a new one around $300.00. Should I go ahead and have it clean one more time?. Please provide instruction with pictures if possible.

blk_on_blk
There are several overviews on cleaning the IACV for the ES300 in the ES300 forum (inculding one I did with pictures). You can find them using the search function for "idle control valve".
